lol....I haven't heard the word wank in forever. Anyways, I didn't start till I was 16 and instantly became addicted to it. I am 23 now and I still do it and its normal and healthy. I do it about twice a day (mostly at work, gah 7-4 sux ass) then get home and have sex with my g/f twice then off to bed. GL on holding out because I can't, it just feels to good to stop.
