As far as the engine goes, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. I've got a 2000 Subaru with 76K on it and I expect to last at least 200K.
Subaru has a club for owners that go over 100k without any major repairs...kinda weird since I think almost EVERY Subaru would fit in catagory.
