Galaxy High School (just watched a tape of this the other day. The Eagles' Don Felder composed the opening theme)
Spider-Man (60's version, not so much the 90's one)
Cartoons used to have great opening themes. If you watch Fox toons lately, there isn't one out of the bunch that isn't a crime against humanity.
