I am 46 years old, in good health all of my life, but I am now 40 pounds overweight. I get little or no exercise in the course of a day as I work in an office and commute 45 miles one way.
The drug prescribed by my doctor is Niaspan. It is 500 mg tablets and I'm suppose to take one twice each day.
Any comments or advice?
