Diablo is an action RPG. WC3 is a realtime strategy game. Theyre very different games. Personally, I never really enjoyed WC3 that much. Its just like starcraft improved but without the thrill of it being one of the first of its genre. The strategy genre is getting kinda saturated if you ask me.
That doesnt mean you shouldnt try it though. I play WC3 almost everyday now, but not because of the main game. I really enjoy the custom maps (mini games created by the players themselves) especially DOTA. I always thought some company should make a professional version of a dota like game. Theres nothing on the market that remotely plays like it.
