1 million killed in Iran-Iraq war.
1.5+ million killed because of sanctions.
Untold hundreds of thousands killed as dissenters or enemies of the regime.
The worst kind of evil in this world is complacence, too bad Saddam didn't meet the necessary criteria as a mass murderer.
