Tylenol 3-has codeine....makes me stupid and generally I fall right to sleep. I know that acetaminophin can make you wish you were more dead than the pain from a migraine, but it's a chance I have to take sometimes. I make sure I'm extra-hydrated before I take it and only take it at the onset. If the migraine already has it's hooks firmly in me, I take something else. At this point, I think it's going to be too late by the time I get home, so it will be Midrin and a bag of ice for me, plus a dark, quiet room.
