I am having a really hard time understanding why this thread is isn't in paranoia instead of politics. I don't believe for one second that HIV is a bio-weapon. As plagues and epidemics go in the course of human history, its nothing compared to the black plague, influenza, small pox and any other number of diseases. Diseases come and go, become more and less virulent overtime. There is no reason to believe that HIV is any different than any other virus.
