blacks, homosexuals, drug users and anyone in contact with any of these satan worshipping scum. This theory has been flying around for years. Lotsa credible scientific study for both sides of the argument. It probably was lab created. The question is whether it leaked out or was purposely unleashed. Could be Reagans lasting legacy. They sure as hell shoved the crack plague on the black population.
