I shouldn't have been so short - if you hope to maintain a long term relationship and she is being frustrated and made to feel bitchy by the lack of sex then you should try and entice her into touching herself while she is on the phone with you - it will likely be very exciting - don't try and get off yourself at first just tell her what to do and how exciting it is to have her do this for you
