Ok, so the AGP video card has been removed, a PCI video card has been installed, and the BIOS has been changed to use the PCI video card as the primary display adapter. Cool. What exactly is the driver error you mentioned? I would check the Device Manager to see how the new PCI video card is listed, and check the properties of its listing to see what error code is given. Surely you can get this fixed.
