I've never had sex with a guy who had a penis piercing but I have to say the very thought turns my stomach. Now, I'm by far not a prude or a narrow-minded person, it's just an immediate squeamish response to the thought of it. And where I live, I am surrounded by people with all kinds of piercings on a daily basis, so it's hardly a new idea. The closest I've come is when this guy I was casually dating announced he made an appointment to get a prince albert - I think he was trying to impress me or maybe it was a last-ditch effort to get me in the sack but it had the opposite effect.
My sister was seeing a guy who had some sort of penis piercing and ended up having to go to the doctor due to friction and trauma to the inside of her vagina and her cervix. I'm not sure exactly what the problem was there but she did describe some marathon sessions, hours and hours of sex so I'm sure that was a factor.
I have multiple holes in my ears and got my nose pierced but the thought of piercing a more sensitive area just absolutely curdles me. My nipples are sensitive and will remain intact. I have a hard time even thinking about a clit piercing without cringing. I worked with a woman who was into the pain aspect of piercing, mastering your own body, etc., and she described how she pierced her nipples and had pictures taken, going on and on about how cool the pictures were with blood running down her chest...my take on that is that life is painful enough without inflicting more. I've gone through some really intensely painful, hard times in life with my body and I'm all about comfort these days. Really I'm not a wimp and I might enjoy a little pain-type stimulation but I'd rather keep the metal out of it.
