Through years of chronic anxiety, stressing out for me is common nature. I've learned through many panic attacks that my easiest way to get through the stress is just realizing that in a couple days I'll forget everything about it. IF that seems to not be working, I try and think about my oldest memories, noticing that I can't truely remember anything definitive before the age of 14, I remind myself that in 6 years I most likely won't remember this panic attack.
Of coarse, i've had multiple situations where I've had to deal with an emense amount of stress, and I can... for the most part get over it quickly. As long as i'm either by myself, in an enviroment that I know well, or with people I feel comfortable with. If I can just shoot some shit with some old friends, that usually calms me down alot.
