I've played all of them. 2000 most extensively, then 3000 a bit, and 4 only a touch. I'd play 4 more, but my comp simply can't handle it. Between 2000 and 3000, I liked 2000 more. 3000 had some cool features, but 2000 seemed more...I dunno...something about it was more enjoyable. I think I had some sort of basic dislike for the new interface in 3000 - I don't like it when designers try TOO hard to make something streamlined.

SimCity 4 though - while I didn't get a chance to play it to a great extent - seemed pretty good. Based on the little amount I was able to play it, I liked it more than 3000, but I reserve the right to change my opinion once I get to play it more.

The long and the short of it, though, is that I love the SimCity games. Something about them is just so addictive, fun, and calming. They're so simple, yet SO entertaining
