I'm not sure why any of that is important. The point is, according to Bush-logic, he is a small business owner and would have his taxes increased in Kerry's plan solely due to $84. It's a Bush-lie to paint Kerry's plan as taxing hundreds of thousands of people, when in fact it does not.
That Bush was simply oblivious of his own finances and how they include him in his campaigns' false analysis of Kerry's plan is just the manifestation of his pure ignorance.
