I have been a member for about a month now and this is my first post. I guess I just like reading what other people post more than putting my 2 cents into a discussion but I figured I'll have to start somewhere. I guess by reading some of the posts that I get one question from them, For some all they do is come for the adult forums, what guarantee do they have that if they donate, the boards that where taken away will return? If all I was here for was the link board or the titty board, why would I donate? Because you said they MIGHT come back? The boards they come to see are gone. Threatening to take the boards away probably would have gotten you more donations than telling people who have to trust someone who just took them away, that they will be back(?) See where I'm going with this. I am not trying to tell anyone what they should do witht their site but think about it. You attract more bees with honey than you do with vinager(sp?) If you had warned people before just pulling the plug you might have gotten more donations and you wouldn't have to describe yourself as the evil warlord. Well that was my 2 cents, take it as you please.
Another idea is: If you truly want to get rid of the moochers just give them links to other adult forums to go to. Put it into it's own thread and people could post links to other forums. Just an idea.
