For all of you wondering about airports and travelling... If a tongue piercing doesn't go off in a metal detector, I'd almost be willing to bet large sums of money that a penis piercing wouldn't either.

I've had my tongue pierced since April of 2001, and I have since travelled via the airways at least ten to fifteen times - the only time I've gone off is when I left my cell phone or keys in my pocket like a dumbass.

Plus, if you get your penis pierced, I'd almost be willing to bet AGAIN that your zipper would create a false positive before a penis piercing would.

I've never really thought hard about getting the man downstairs pierced, but I found that the tongue wasn't nearly as painful as widely assumed - it simply felt like a shot at the doctor's office. Although, now that I'm hearing about all these women loving it so much...

Nah, probably still wouldn't. But major props to those who do.
