This is what usually happens to me when I get my migraines. Other signs of oncoming migraines for me usually come in the form of a tight neck, or a feeling of pressure change in my right eye. I try to get into a dark room as quickly as possible, and I keep medicine on me, just in case. Contrary to what seems to be the general consensus here, I take Extra Strength Tylenol, and it seems to help me.
One sidenote - I've noticed I only get my migraines on one side of my head (the right side), and I'm wondering if this is odd or not. Anyone else get them on just one side?
