Um, maybe it's just me, but are you sure this gift is for HER and not YOU? And if she had already brought this up as something she wanted, wouldn't you already know what direction you were going in. And, really, is your communication so stunted that you can't actually get an idea from this other person about her wants? It seems like a small and silly thing to bring up, but I couldn't help myself.
