Thank goodness someone else with some sense! Using two condoms is always a bad idea, with the ONE exception of using one latex and one non-latex condom (usually b/c either you or your partner are allergic to latex).
As for the cumming early part, I run into something similar, though I think for different reasons. I darn near get off by getting a girl off, even if she isn't touching me, so by the time we get to sex I'm already half spent
