I happened to see Fernando Alonso stroll by a pub I was sitting in last week. This was in Lan Kwai Fong (a trendy nightspot) of Hong Kong, a few days after the Shanghai GP. I don't think anyone recognized him at the time. I was a bit too lazy to get off my bum and say hi to him.
