i use to get them really bad when i was a kid...whole flashing lights and cold sweats and vomiting deal... kept a journal... never found a specific cause... but luckily ive seemed to have grown out of em...
i found that ibprofin taken right at the very begining of a migraine... before it got to the headache part would usually stop it or severely reduce the severity...
my grandma used to get severe migraines triggered by chocolate... but she grew out of it when she was in her early 70s o_O crazy...
