Giving credit isn't the same as supporting

I started a longwinded answer to this, and ended up with this:

There are way to many ifs and buts to answer your question. If Kerry has brought allies into Iraq, I would question how he got them there. Are they truly allies or a perfect example of a "colition of the coerced and bribed"?

If someone makes my life and my country better I'll support them. I do not believe that we could ever find the perfect politician. I'll give credit to anyone who deserves it, but that won't ever make me look past their imperfections.

I'm a huge supporter of President Bush, but there are things about the past four years that drive me crazy. Will I vote for him again? Every day of the week and twice if I could. Is there any way that I would vote for President Kerry in '08? I'll never say never.
