I have found the cure incase anyone else gets the problem.
Contreary to everyone say you DO NOT have to go into Regit and fix any keys
All you have to do is
Go into start->Creative->sound Blaster audigy 2->Welcome menu CLICK Do Not Show
This Again.
I feel Kinda Foolish
