Interesting that the second story doesn't mention the display of all 43 presidents that the first story talks about. Not that it really matters, it's perfectly reasonable to hang a picture of the current president in a classroom. I'm sure there's more to this story than what's given here. If anything this shows the unreasonable amount of power that parents have over the teachers. It's almost impossible to give a student a failing grade if the parents protest, meanwhile our education system suffers.
