I've had them since I was 14....went thru the whole keeping a journal to try to figure out the triggers...the only one that was ever a definate was hair dye...
When imitrex came out it was a godsend....as long as I take it early enuff Im not curled up in a dark closet with a garbage can to puke in
my grandmother always said it was the devil tryin to get in ya hehehe
and yes...migraines are the opposite of regular headaches and those meds can/will make them worse
