VR4 is a twin-turbo V6, the VR4 motor if I'm not mistaken was also used in an AWD configuration drivetrain. At least, in the Galant and 3000GT it was, I'm not sure it can be used in a '95 Avenger.
Eclipse motor was a 2.0L Inline-4 Turbo in 1995. The 4g63 is the motor. Your Avenger came with a 420a, or should have. I don't think there was a V6 upgrade that year. Could be wrong though. The 4g63 won't fit.
www.hahnracecraft.com has a killer turbo kit for the 420a.
BTW, which motor exactly, what model of engine are you looking at exactly? I have a little experince with DSM work, so, but I'm confused which motor your looking at.
