The Navy, as well as local police departments, usually have some sort of program where you bring them a car you just purchased (new or used) and they'll go over it with drug dogs so that anything they find you won't be held accountable for.
Of course, if you get pulled over and they find the stuff, it's pretty much going to be on you.
