I took your image and cropped and enlarged it, then increased the saturation by about 80%. Here is what I wound up with:

I will admit that it "kinda" looks like a boy, but it looks more like a strange combination of shadows. Look at the part in the "boy's" hair, it's too lopsided to be attached to his head. Plus the distance from his eyes to his hair line is the same as the distance of his eyes to his chin.
My verdict, no ghost.
