Talk about saving time, what would you think about putting a piece of meat (e.g. a slab of brisket, a rack of ribs, a chicken, duck) into your charcoal bbq before bedtime, then next day go to work, and when you come home the meat is so tender and juicy you won't want to go to work the next day just stay home and eat it all.
