Hate to step on any lecturer's toes here, but I don't think GatoradeFrost was asking so that he could be chided about unprotected sex. Shizukana's points are well-made. A lot depends on the general fertility of the people involved. So, the short answer is yes, there's a chance she can get pregnant but quantifying that chance is difficult (impossible?).
Besides, "chances" aren't going to settle your mind, are they? If we said there's a 80% chance she's not pregnant, would you rest easy? Maybe. Maybe not.
