At least start walking 30-45 minutes/day. Cut the processed food - which I know is tough but you can do it. Lay off excess sugar from all the sodas and juice and substitute water. Walk around with a liter bottle at all times and refill or buy more. No transfatty acids and all the hydrogenated oils. Fruit of many different colors, fiber, fiber, fiber.... we need 30-35 grams/day and most people get 1/2 of that at best.
