Mighty wrong. There's never any reason why you SHOULDN'T use the ECP after having intercourse with no birth control involved, even if you don't ejaculate.
Look at it this way: You can worry about it and come on here and post about the chances and whatnot... or she can go to Planned Parenthood and get the ECP for a minimal fee and put your mind at ease.
