Yes, you can become "addicted" to endorphins, you can literally become adicted to sex, but it usually(not always, but usually) takes larger doses of endorphines than your body can produce naturaly. One such thing is cocaine, it gives you a big kick in either endorphine levels or sensors, but it has pretty much the same effect. That is one of the reasons cocaine(and drugs derived from it) are the most addictive substances on the planet, cause their the only thing that makes you feel better than sex, it's supposedly(I haven't taken it, so I don't know for sure) like having one huge, long, intense orgasm.
Endorphines are good, but in moderation.
