interesting procedure, but i can't honestly say that i believe it would work. expanding one's cranial cavity WOULD increase blood flow to the brain, but i think it is more likely that mild brain damage would be incurred, causing someone to think that they had achieved a form of enlightenment or increased perception when in reality they had just been dummed down a bit.
