My brother and I used to get into it quite a bit when we were younger (I'm 23 now, he's 20). We don't any more, I think the last physical fight we got into was when I was in high school.
One memorable time he tried to put me into a hold from behind and I kind of snapped and gave the back of my elbow to his nose. He bled a LOT and I felt pretty guilty. We get a long real well though so I'm glad things never got really shitty when we were younger.
