HP is selling a rebranded 4th gen iPod. Hardware is identical to the Apple version. HP has a wide distribution net, so there should be more places you can buy it now. I'm not familiar with the licensing deal they worked out, or how software updates will be handled. Otherwise, identical, including cost.
