For Canadian I'd have to go with Granville Island or Herman's, which is made locally in Victoria, Its a fantastic dark beer.

For getting shitfaced which is still fun in the early 20's, Faxe is my preference, because at $2.07 for a 500mL can of 8.4% nothing beats it. Although a mountain of Kokanee or a Bubba is always fun to bring to a party.
