I'm drawing a blank. The only things I can think of off the top of my head are:
1) Experience a total eclipse of the sun.
2) Experience a 24 hour day and night (above the Arctic circle or below the Antarctic circle during the appropriate times of the year).
3) Visit Antarctica (which could kill part of #2 above)
VitaminH: I did the skydiving thing a couple of years ago (it WAS on my list, too). I strongly recommend a tandem jump for your first time. It's cheaper, faster, and no worries on your part: you get to enjoy the entire process and someone else worries about keeping you (both) alive.
