Onbourd sound should be ok, but onboard video is always a no-no.
I left the floppy out of my last 3 builds. You may want to flash your bios as you are building, and then not include the floppy. The floopy is inexpensive, but why include it if it will just add to the airflow and heat equation?
Your power supply should be fine.
