I was shocked that it actually came out awesome. The taste was damn near that of which I expect at a good Thai restaurant.
I made chicken panang and some soup whose name I just don't know. If there are any Thai people out there who can hook me up with a name for the soup, here are the ingrediants in it:
Boiled pork and fish balls, green onion, red chili paste, crushed red peppers, chunky peanut butter, lime juice, sugar, black pepper, rice noodles, water from the pot that boiled the pork and fish balls, and bean sprouts.
