I just built this pc and got some 6$ speakers from directron. (http://www.directron.com/hp2000.html)

and they work fine, but when i plug headphones into the jack, i hear a (hrmmm..) sound.

it doesnt happen when i plug headphones directly on to the case.

so, what's up w/ these speakers?
