Spend a day in Victoria. There's tonnes of scenery in Victoria. Take a ferry and you'll be set.
Also visit Stanley Park for the scenery, Yaletown and Gastown. Vancouver has many restaurants. IF you want to know the good ones, tell me your budget and i'll post them.
