I've had an experience like this before too. Usually its when the light is dim and certain songs play etc.. I think to myself, hasnt this happened before? What the hell is going on here! I feel like i've done it all before. Watching the actions of people as well as talking with people, it all seems old.
Other times i get it when i pick up something, and i work out that i dreamed of it before hand. Or when i'm talking to someone, i interupt and say havent we had this conversation before? They always look at me weird or dumbfounded. I know what they're going to say before hand and sometimes i might finish a sentence for them (happened a few times). Its definately weird and i enjoy it as well.
