Where is the hair that you've had removed?
The lotions/creams on the market today don't stop or slow down hair growth. What they do is soften and thin the hair that does grow back so that you can't FEEL it as easily as it regrows.
I have issues with hair growth due to fluctuating/abnormal hormone balances. I am a woman whose estrogen production is diminished and testosterone production is accelerated. I have hair growth under my chin and on my cheeks, and the hair on my body grows faster and thicker than most women. I have tried laser hair removal, for the hair on my face, but it just grows back.
Perhaps you should seek a doctor's advice, see if there is anything wrong with your hormone levels: an accelerated production of testosterone, even in men, can be a bad thing.
Good luck.
