Im starting to think thats just what it is, which really sucks--the mornings are the only time of the day when I have time to get in a good long training ride. I think Im gonna experiment a bit with different foods and warmups to see if I cant find something that will let me do it. I may just have to get up 30 minutes or so earlier to let my body get itself going in the morning.
