Check out some of the gourmet cooking stores, I know Pampered Chef sells them at parties, but Williams Sonoma has them as well -

There are brick like stones you can put in your oven - right on the trays, and cook the pizza right on the stones -- makes for an awesome pizza --

I use them for bread all the time, because it makes the oven hotter, I think, and just puts a fabulous crust on the bread.
