I certainly see and agree with your point to an extent - the image of the colonial and indian hands joining is a huge fallacy to what really happened. Inapropriate for our currency. However, I think the coins would be great if done tastefully and with individual respect for the native people of this land.
As far as the new coins... the styling is good, but all the images seem lacking somehow. And Jefferson looks completely rediculus with that angle.
