Where I work, we use a PIX and Websense to block content for our users. They have also signed and dated an Acceptable Use Policy that we keep on file. It does specifically states in there that abuse of the AUP can lead up to termination. Remember, the firewall is there for a reason. To keep people, like yourself, from doing dumbshit things, like you want to do.
