P2P...in a work setting? Generally, you'll not need anything from a P2P network at your work. I imagine storing any material not work related, unless the company just doesn't give a crap, is grounds to get you in trouble. At my old work, they considered that stealing bandwidth which could get you fired. At my old school, you'd get your network connection booted for a period if you stole a lot of bandwidth during the school day.
Also, why do you need to use a WebCam at work? Other then for personal reasons?
